NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Aldermen support the SEIU Local 1's appeal to the owners of buildings in the City of St. Louis to ensure that the contractors 4M, HES Facilities Management, SBM, Woodley Building Maintenance and ABM pay their janitors who work in their buildings a fair wage and receive access to meaningful retirement benefits.
