NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we recognize the significant contributions and lifelong legacy of former Congressman John R. Lewis as well as the importance of the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and further supports its passage.
