NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and celebrate the St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE) on its 50th anniversary and its invaluable contributions to the residents and employers of the City of St. Louis.
