Summary

Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and commend the longstanding friendship of Leon and Shawn, which has grown into a chosen brotherhood that strengthens families and communities, and acknowledges the positive example they set for neighbors and future generations and extends its gratitude to each man for risking personal harm to save another's life, and recognizes the enduring impact of their actions on the life saved and, on the community, at large.
