NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor the extraordinary life and legacy of Ray Hartmann, a true St. Louis icon, and extend our deepest condolences to his family and the community he so passionately served.
