Mayor Jones Announces Members of Long-Term Revenue Advisory Council
The 12-member council was established when the Mayor signed Executive Order 80 on June 17, 2024.
Today, Mayor Tishaura O. Jones announced the members of the first Long-Term Revenue Advisory Council for the City of St. Louis. The 12-member council was established when the Mayor signed Executive Order 80 on June 17, 2024, and is charged with exploring and recommending strategies for long-term diversification, stability, growth, and sustainability of the revenue of the City of St. Louis.
“In the City of St. Louis, we aren’t just planning for the next four years, but the next 40,” said Mayor Tishaura O. Jones. “The members of this Council understand the vital importance of delivering City services for decades and generations to come, and I have complete confidence in their ability to achieve the goals we’ve set for the long-term sustainability of our City’s revenue.”
The City of St. Louis Long-Term Revenue Advisory Council shall be comprised of the following members, selected and appointed by the Mayor:
One community member;
- Tracy Verner, AllTru
One member from a financial institution located within the City;
- Lorenzo Boyd, Stifel
One member representing the City’s municipal financial advisor;
- Danielle Scott-Parker, PFM Advisors
One member from a community development corporation located within the City;
- Linda Nguyen, Community Builders Network
One member from the business community located within the City of St. Louis;
- Sam Murphey, Greater St. Louis
One member representing the Office of the Mayor of the City of St. Louis;
- Nancy Cross, Director of Operations in the Mayor’s Office
One member representing the Office of the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis;
- Jason Fletcher, Interim Deputy Comptroller
One member representing the Office of the Collector of Revenue;
- Marc Stoff, Chief of Staff in the Collector’s Office
One member representing the Office of the City Treasurer;
One member representing the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis
- Ryan Coleman, the BOA Financial Analyst
One member representing the Office of the City of St. Louis Budget Division.
- Paul Payne, Budget Director, City of St. Louis
The following Ad-hoc advisors may sit in on the meetings and advise, but cannot vote:
- Assessor Michael Dauphin
- Rebecca Perry-Glickstein, PFM Advisors
The Federal Reserve Bank has graciously agreed to facilitate information that may support the Council’s work.
