The City of St. Louis is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive tree asset inventory with additional infrastructure options to the Forestry Division of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry via a LiDAR digital twin & basic attribute asset inventory or in-person inventory with condition for all trees in all City parks and all public right-of-way (ROW).
