Make a Payment to the Forestry Division

1. Go to the Address and Property search.
2. Enter the property address you want to check.
3. In the Fees and Fines section, review the list of outstanding charges.
4. Click Pay Balance to open the PayIt payment portal.
5. Choose PayIt Login if you have an account, or Pay as Guest.
6. Add the selected bill to the cart.
7. If the property has multiple outstanding bills:
   • Click Add Another in the PayIt cart.
   • Copy and paste the next account/bill number listed in the search results.
8. Repeat until all bills are in the cart.
9. Click Continue to Checkout, enter payment details, review, and submit payment.

Tip: You can also start directly from the Begin Online button and manually add each bill to your cart.

Begin online

• Fees vary by service and will be listed for each invoice in the portal.
• Payment processing fees will be displayed before you complete your transaction.

• Payments are processed immediately.
• Confirmation is provided on screen and by email.
• The City’s records are updated within 24 hours.
• For real estate transactions, title companies can use the confirmation as proof that outstanding forestry bills have been cleared.

Prepare the following:

1. Your account/invoice number(s).
2. The amount you owe.
3. A payment method:
   • Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
   • A bank account number and routing number

1. Use the Begin Online button to visit the PayIt website.
2. Choose PayIt Login if you have an account, or Pay as Guest.
3. Search for your account/invoice number and add it to the cart.
   1. Add another if there are other charges.
   2. Repeat until all charges are in the cart.
4. Continue to Checkout, enter payment details, review, and submit payment.
