The Forestry Division is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all St. Louisans by enhancing and maintaining the surrounding environment through a variety of services and programs offered through its four sections.

Forestry Sections

Compost Section
Learn about the Forestry Division's compost operations, location, and Residential Yard Waste Drop Off services.

Tree Section
The Forestry Division Tree Section is responsible for planting, pruning, removing street and parks trees, and code enforcement.

Weed Control

The Weed Control Section maintains the vegetation growing on city property and on vacant, unkept lots and buildings throughout the city.

District Debris

The District Debris Section is responsible for clearing debris from vacant lots and alleys throughout the city. The staff also removes graffiti and assists Operation Brightside in its efforts to beautify the city.

Problems reported to CSB expedites service requests.

Report a Tree Problem or Request a New Tree
Request a new tree, report tree problems between street and sidewalk, fallen limbs, and inspections.

Report Weeds and High Grass
Report Weeds and high grass on vacant properties or request inspection of occupied properties.
