Old Strassberger Music ConservatoryThe Conservatory located at 2300 South Grand was built in 1904. The architect was Otto Wilhelmi and the builder was A.H. Haessler. The Conservatory had over 1,100 students in 1911.

The building became a City Landmark in 1976.
