Summary
The 2025 Sustainability & Climate Plan was adopted as part of the City's Comprehensive Plan by the Planning Commission on October 8th, 2025.  This planning process was led by the City's Sustainability Director, Elysia Russell.  This citywide plan is 5-year strategic roadmap that prioritizes how the City can build the systems and capacity to address climate change, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and prepare for severe climate impacts while taking action to build a healthy, resilient, and safe city.
