Summary
The City of St. Louis Water Division needs a Contracted Staffing Services vendor to staff various positions ranging from operational to office to professional engineering.  This is not a temporary service -- the staff will not be paid directly by the City.  This service is to be one vendor only or a consortium who will handle recruitment, background checks, drug testing as needed, and pay/benefits for the staff.
