The Outreach Center offers in-person support to connect residents with available programs and set up rights-of-entry, site assessments and inspections needed for demolition, debris removal, home stabilization or home repair.

Community Help Desk
ConnectSTL, powered by the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) and funded through ARPA, is providing Community Help Desk services to support residents impacted by the recent tornado. These services are also available to any City of St. Louis resident who needs internet access or digital assistance.
Residents can access:
- Free Wi-Fi and computer lab use
- Community Help Desks with in-person support
- Help finding and applying for tornado recovery and relief resources online
- Assistance locating or applying for benefits, services, and other resources
- On-site equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
