Summary

An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating funds totaling Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) from those received into the City’s Capital fund pursuant to Ordinance Number 60419 as amended by Ordinance Number 61250 representing a portion of the one-half of the operating balance of the General Fund from the preceding fiscal year for the purposes of funding capital maintenance and improvements to the City’s flood wall as hereinafter detailed and containing an emergency clause.
