Proposed Amendments
Neighborhood Planning Initiative
The City's Planning & Urban Design Agency Neighborhood Planning Strategy outlines how we are going to deploy the Neighborhood Planning Initiative in the City of St. Louis!
Thanks to everyone who was able to provide feedback to refine the strategy and make sure the effort is inclusive. The Strategy is available for viewing here.
While this is the strategy we will use to move this initiative forward, we recognize that we will hear from more people about what is going well and what needs improvement and we will be responsive to ensure we are able to evolve and pivot where necessary.

Priority Planning Areas
The Planning Commission will consider, at its January 12th Planning Commission, the adoption of 6 priority planning areas which will see these neighborhood planning resources first.
