2005 Strategic Land Use Plan

This page contains information related to the 2005 Strategic Land Use Plan of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of St. Louis. This plan has been replaced by the 2025 Strategic Land Use Plan, which was adopted by the Planning Commission on February 12, 2025. The 2005 Plan is still being referenced as a legal document for permits and applications submitted before February 12th. All elements of the 2005 Plan can be found below.
