The City of St. Louis/SLATE is seeking an agency(ies), organization(s), firm(s), or unit(s) of government to procure the services of a qualified professional(s) to conduct a healthcare sector-focused analysis and workforce development strategy for the St. Louis region. This Request For Proposal (RFP) incorporates the mission, requirements and objectives of the Workforce Development Board, and other workforce initiatives. Resources to be made available under this RFP are dependent upon all government and private allocations.
