Summary
The St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE) is seeking qualified organizations to serve as the One-Stop Operator (OSO) for the SLATE Missouri Job Center under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

The selected organization will coordinate workforce development partners, strengthen collaboration, and support the integration of services to improve the experience of job seekers and employers. Responsibilities include strategic planning, partner coordination and training, customer satisfaction evaluation, and identifying innovative solutions, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI), to improve service delivery.
