The Fuel System Lease & Use Agreement AL-442 with STL Fuel Company, LLC (“Company”), as previously amended (“Agreement”), grants the Company certain rights and obligations to use, manage, operate, maintain, repair, and develop the Airport’s Fuel System, including the construction of a Replacement Fuel Farm, the decommission of the existing 58-year old Fuel Farm, and the remediation of the old site.
