Community Development Administration
The Community Development Administration (“CDA”) promotes neighborhood growth and stabilization through community development and the production of new and rehabilitated housing, especially for low- and moderate-income people.
Through transparent, competitive funding cycles, CDA solicits quality proposals for housing and community development activities. Through the Non-Housing RFP, CDA solicits quality proposals for community and economic development activities. Through the NOFA process, CDA solicits quality proposals for residential development projects.
In accordance with HUD regulations, CDA makes available several documents for public review, including the Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
CDA encourages participation at all stages of the process. This section includes the City's Plan for citizen participation and past and current meeting notices, and document review requests.
