- Make sure that your employer is withholding the City Earnings Tax.
- Register your motor vehicles with the city and state.
- Learn about your new neighborhood, neighborhood contacts, and community organizations.
- Find the elementary, middle, and high schools assigned to your address.
- Register to vote.
- Look up your elections polling place.
- Look up your local and state representatives.
New Home Owners
- Apply for a Water-Refuse account with the Water Department: (314) 771-2255.
- Verify that either you or your mortgage company will receive and pay your Real Estate tax bill.
- Review local building codes.
Name or Address Changes
- Update your records with the Assessor, Earnings Tax, and Water Department.
